The journey begins with polyester POY, a primary raw material spun from purified terephthalic acid (PTA) and monoethylene glycol (MEG). POY provides the foundation for microfiber yarns, offering strength, flexibility, and the ability to undergo further texturizing for softness and smoothness.
Through the DTY process, POY is stretched and textured to create fine, elastic fibers. This step adds bulk and softness, giving the fabric a silky hand feel, wrinkle resistance, and enhanced durability—qualities essential for comfortable and long-lasting bedding.
The processed yarns are then wound onto beams through a beam warping system. This stage ensures precise yarn arrangement, uniform tension, and accuracy, which are critical for high-quality weaving results and preventing fabric defects.
Using advanced water jet weaving machines, we weave the yarns into dense, smooth microfiber fabric. This method guarantees high efficiency, reduced yarn breakage, and a flawless finish, producing fabrics with excellent drape and breathability.
The woven fabric is further enhanced through brushing, a process that raises the surface fibers to create a softer, velvety texture. This step adds warmth, comfort, and a premium touch, making the fabric ideal for bedding applications.
In the dyeing stage, fabrics are treated with eco-friendly dyes to achieve deep, rich colors. Our dyeing process ensures colorfastness, uniformity, and durability, so the fabric maintains its appeal after repeated washing.
For patterned designs, printing technology is applied to create stylish, vibrant motifs. From simple patterns to intricate graphics, our printing process delivers clarity, precision, and long-lasting aesthetics.
