Step 1: Customer Sends Sample

Customers start production by providing fabric swatches or key details such as GSM, useful width, color, and design.

Step 2: Fabric Cutting for Testing

The received sample is carefully cut into smaller pieces to prepare for lab testing and quality analysis.

Step 3: Sample Measured in Grams

The fabric’s weight in grams is recorded to ensure consistency with customer specifications.

Step 4: Ensures Fabric Density Accuracy

The GSM is checked to verify fabric density, thickness, and uniformity.

Step 5: Lab analysis
