JOYI LIFE is backed by Perfectextile — a vertically integrated textile company with nearly two decades of experience in polyester microfiber fabric production.
In 2004, what began as a small textile workshop steadily grew into a full-scale operation. From spinning to weaving, dyeing to printing, we built capabilities step by step, always focused on quality and consistency in polyester microfiber fabrics.
In 2013, we completed our first major transformation. Shifting from OEM production to full-spectrum textile development, we adopted the new name Perfectextile — marking a leap toward innovation and vertical integration.
In 2015, we founded our export company Zhuoyi. With a dedicated team for R&D, market research, and product innovation, our fabrics began reaching clients across Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Americas.
In 2022, JOYI LIFE was launched — a brand created not just to offer softness, but to bring joy into homes. Built on decades of expertise, our mission is to make premium yet affordable home textiles accessible to families worldwide.
Today, from the factory floor to the finished product, every step is driven by control, quality, and care. We’re not just making fabric — we’re creating comfort, reliability, and lasting value.
From the comfort of being wrapped in a soft blanket as a child, to the warmth I felt through fabrics while studying abroad, I’ve always believed that the true meaning of home lies in love and connection.
Founding JOYI LIFE was my way of sharing that feeling with families everywhere. With every product, we strive not only for softness and comfort, but to create a bridge of love within families, a companion to life’s everyday moments.

At our textile factory, we combine experience with efficiency to deliver high-quality bedding fabrics at scale. Equipped with over 500 water-jet looms, Equipped with over 500 water-jet looms, two complete dyeing lines, and advanced finishing equipment, and finishing equipment, our facility supports both bulk production and customized orders.
We currently produce over 4 million meters of fabric per month, with the flexibility to scale based on project size. From weaving to finishing, every stage is closely monitored to ensure consistency and performance.
To maintain strict quality control, we perform a range of tests in-house, including tensile strength, color fastness, shrinkage rate, and fabric density checks. We also welcome third-party inspections to ensure product reliability and compliance with international standards.

OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 – Guarantees that our fabrics are free from harmful substances, making them safe for end consumers.
BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) – Reflects our commitment to fair labor practices and responsible manufacturing.
SGS Test Reports – Available upon request for fabric properties, including strength, composition, and color fastness.
